Metallica M72 tour 2025 announced: Metallica has announced the "M72 World Tour", a major world tour where the legendary metal band will play in stadiums across North America and Europe in 2023 and 2024. The tour will support the upcoming album "72 Seasons", which will be released on April 14, 2023.
As part of the "M72 World Tour", Metallica will play two evenings in each city of their tour, promising completely different setlists and support lineups. Opening concerts include Pantera, Mammoth WVH, Greta Van Fleet, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Architects and Ice Nine Kills. The tour will also feature a new circular stage that focuses on Metallica’s famous Snake Pit.
Headliners will play two nights in each city they visit, and each No Repeat Weekend will feature two completely different setlists and support bands. The sale of two-day tickets starts on Friday, December 2 on ticketmaster.com and includes the possibility to pre-order Metallica’s upcoming album "72 Seasons" on vinyl and/or CD. Individual day Metallica M72 2025 tickets are available from 20 January.
